Circuit of Ireland Rally 7th – 9th April 2016 — Seeded Entry List & Itinerary

With just sixteen days and counting now until the start of the premier motorsports event of the year, we have put together some information kindly obtained from our friends from the Circuit of Ireland Website to assist you. Here is hopefully everything you need to know in brief about this year’s Circuit of Ireland:

Thursday 7th April – International Rally Only

10.00 – 12.00 – Free practice for ERC priority drivers at Tardree close to Templepatrick

12.00 – Time control at Antrim Castle Gardens and Clotworthy House (Priority Cars only, here for approx 20 minutes)

12.48 – Qualifying stage for ERC priority drivers at Tardree close to Templepatrick

14.30 – 16.00 – Optional shakedown for remaining non-priority drivers at Tardree close to Templepatrick

18.00 – Autograph session, start order selection and pre-event press conference at the Linen Museum, Lisburn Town Centre, followed by the Ceremonial Start extravaganza with guest presenter, Louis Walsh, and “Flash Harry” concert

Friday 8th April

08.45 – Service Out – Cars leave King’s Hall Belfast

09.51 – SS1 Cairncastle

10.43 – SS2 Knockboy 1

11.44 – SS3 The Glens

13.14 – Regroup at Bushmills Distillery (cars here for 15 minutes)

14.01 – Remote at Ballymoney, Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre (cars here for 15 minutes)

15.05 – SS4 Knockboy 2

16.06 – SS5 Glendun

18.04 – Service at King’s Hall Belfast (cars here for 45 minutes)

19.50 – SS6 Newtownards TT starts

Saturday 9th April

08.15 – Service Out – Cars leave King’s Hall Belfast

09.18 – SS7 Bucks Head 1

09.58 – SS8 Hamilton’s Folly 1

10.47 – SS9 Bulls Brook 1

11.25 – Regroup at The Cutts in Banbridge (cars here for 15 minutes)

11.52 – SS10 Banbridge 1

12.47 – Service at King’s Hall Belfast (cars here for 30 minutes)

14.14 – SS11 Bucks Head 2

14.54 – SS12 Hamilton’s Folly 2

15.43 – SS13 Bulls Brook 2

16.06 – Regroup in Banbridge North (cars here for 15 minutes)

16.42 – SS14 Banbridge 2

17.37 – Service at King’s Hall Belfast

18.07 – International Rally finish ceremony and champagne spraying at Queens University Belfast

19.30 – National rally finish ceremony at the Kings Hall
